In today's episode I'm sharing my story with post-partum anxiety and my experience with antidepressants to treat it. I was under the care of medical professionals at every step of my journey.

My hope is that I will destigmatize the use of antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications by sharing my story. We release shame when we shine light on perceived shameful acts. That is my intention with this episode.
